At MB Royal Perfume, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our perfumes. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy.

Returns:

You may return your purchase within 7 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a return, the perfumes must be unused and contain at least 95% of the original product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Process:

Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your package to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please ship the item back in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
